By booking an appointment with Jane-Doe Ink, you agree to the following terms:
- Clients must be 18+ for tattoos and 16+ for piercings (with parental consent for minors).
- A deposit is required to secure appointments and is non-refundable.
- Cancellations require 24-hour notice to reschedule.
- We maintain strict hygiene standards; aftercare is the client’s responsibility.
- Jane-Doe Ink is not liable for allergic reactions or improper aftercare.
- Tattoos on fingers, hands and any areas on the body which are on, or near joints or high friction areas carry the risk of not healing well and may require frequent touch ups. Touch ups on these areas are for your own cost.
- Jane-Doe Ink is not responsible for misspelled words or the meaning of the tattoo you have chosen.
